Created this in Unity for a challenge where the theme was "Kintsugi/Vintage".
Thought it was a great opportunity to play around with some destruction!
Wanted to create something satisfying to look at and also be able to reset the scene whenever you wanted to.
If you didn't know, Kintsugi is a Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold. So I wanted to use that for my destruction so you could reset the scene and put the pieces back together. The way I did it was that the bottom black bar of the screen acted as a button which reloaded the scene when ever you clicked on it.
Most of the work was done in Unity but the fracturing of assets were done in Maya.
